Fieldstone - A Versatile & Beautiful Natural Stone

One of our most popular types of building material is fieldstone. This type of stone is collected naturally, in its original shape and can be used in many different settings. From interior walls to garden and landscaping features, fieldstone can be used in many different ways.

Fieldstone colors range from grays, to browns, to rust. This stone can be installed drystacked or with a mortar joint depending on preference.  Additionally, it can be installed with its natural face or broken to show the color inside.

Fieldstone versus Flagstone

Flagstone and fieldstone are quarried differently.  Fieldstone is on top of the ground whereas flagstone is beneath. Not only is it versatile in uses and available in many places, it provides a unique look and feel both indoors and outdoors. Both durable and time tested; natural stone has many unique uses in parts of the home.
